COS Duties

This message goes out to the NCO Council 10/11,

Officer Ren fu would like all of us to have leadership oppotunities hence, we have come up with a COS Schedule where you guys will get to wear my sash and take over my duties for one parade. And I will become a 'consultant' during that parade if you need any help. And here is the Schedule:

12/02/11: SGT Joseph Wong

26/03/11: SGT Nicholas Chan
02/04/11: SGT Jonas Ho

Take note, if parade is cancelled on a certain date, then the affected person's duty date will be shifted to the next parade.
